Regularly clean the surface of the machine table, the bottom plate and the lower mold slide plate, groove, the upper mold inner pressure plate and the positioning rod (note: the power must be turned off and the normal temperature must be restored). Grease is added to the transmission parts of the lower die slide plate, the pressure rod bearing, the eccentric wheel, the guide column, and the guide rail regularly to ensure the performance of the machine. Cleaning the tooth knife method: plug the two drain holes of the lower mold with a cotton ball, pour boiling water into the groove of the lower mold, until it is full, then push the slide plate of the lower mold into place, and press the upper mold down. To the lowest point, let the toothed knife soak for a few minutes until it is clean, repeat several times.

Precautions for the use of filling and sealing machine:

1. It is not suitable for metal containers and metal caps, let alone press the start button on the metal table, otherwise the machine will be damaged.

2. Before turning on the power, the induction aviation plug must be inserted and the screws must be tightened.

3. Use a single-phase three-wire power cord. For the safety of the operator, a single-phase three-wire power socket must be used. The ground of the workplace must be dry to maintain insulation.

4. It has an automatic protection function for overheating. When the temperature inside the machine is overheated, the buzzer inside the machine will beep for a long time and the "abnormal protection (pro.md.)" yellow indicator light will be on. At this time, turn off the main power switch and cool down in standby. After the buzzer stops, continue to work.

5. During the working process, you should touch the surface of the induction head frequently to check whether it is overheated. If you find that your hand is hot, stop heating and wait for it to cool down (the power supply can be turned off for cooling). When the "warmup" green indicator light is off, please Do not press the start button to avoid false triggering. After the machine is finished, please turn off the power switch on the panel.

6. Equipped with a fuse of 5a, it cannot be replaced by a fuse larger than 5a.

7. There is high voltage inside, and the bottom plate is live. It is strictly forbidden to repair it privately to avoid personal electric shock.

8. If you find any exposed wires before use, you should stop using the machine and wait for repairs before using it.

9. The equipment should not be impacted, stressed or damp during transportation, storage and use.

10. When the product is unpacked for inspection and acceptance, if it is found that the parts of the product do not match the packing list, you should contact the company in time under normal transportation and the packaging is intact.

11. According to the instruction manual, the use and operation should be clearly understood in advance. If a product manufacturing quality problem is found, it should be explained to the company within the specified period. The equipment is guaranteed for half a year and is responsible for maintenance.
