Check whether the operating systems of the whole machine are working normally, check whether the electrical equipment is sensitive, and fill the lubrication part with enough lubricating grease as required. The lubricating oil added to the rotor of the can feeder should be food-grade lubricating oil.
3. After checking that each part is normal, after turning on the motor, it is still necessary to turn the clutch by hand to make the whole machine run for a short time, and then idling for a while. Then inspect the operation of the whole machine, after it is completely normal, prepare to start work.
4. Start the vacuum pump system equipped with the sealing machine , and start the machine only after the vacuum storage tank reaches the specified vacuum degree.
5. Before sealing the can, the sealing machine should be operated for about 10 minutes to make the sealing machine more stable during work.
2. The main work content of the operator when the sealing machine is operating normally
1. Before the canning operation, check the consistency of the can lid with the raw materials in the can to avoid wrong sealing, and put the correct can lid in the can rack
2. Operators should ensure that they work on the machine, and cannot leave the machine at will.
3. During the sealing process, pay attention to observe whether the vacuum degree is within the specified range, and adjust in time if abnormalities are found.
4. A proper vacuum should be opened according to the weight of the canned solids.
5. During the operation, the machine operator should visually inspect the appearance quality of the can sealing once every half an hour, and check whether the appearance of the can has quick mouth or sharp edges, teeth, chipping; false seals, or hanging lips; check; Whether there is cracking of the crimping, whether the sliding seal is obvious, check whether there are defects such as scratches and bumps on the outer wall of the can. If any defects are found, stop the machine in time and contact the maintenance personnel of the sealing machine on duty to repair the sealing machine.
6. During the sealing process, the full-time inspector of the canning workshop shall conduct random inspections to inspect the quality of the "three rates" of the sealing every 2 hours, and the inspector shall report the inspection results to the machine operator in time. When the quality of the "three rates" of the can sealing fails to meet the specified requirements, the inspector should promptly request the operator to stop; at the same time, contact the can sealing machine maintenance personnel on duty to repair the can sealing machine.
7. During the sealing process, the machine operator should stick to the post and use a special cloth to wipe and clean the surface of the sealing machine.
3. After the can sealing, machine maintenance requirements before get off work
1. After the on-duty can production is over, the power switch of the sealing machine should be turned off, the vacuum system should be turned off, and the sealing machine should be rinsed and cleaned.
2. Open the vacuum chamber of the sealing machine and flush the vacuum chamber.
4. Common problems and solutions in the canning process
1. How to deal with the jam (biting) phenomenon: turn off the machine; use a screwdriver and handle to loosen the screw, remove the can from the machine head and pry off the can stuck on the indenter, then install the roller and tighten the screw. Finally, put the machine head down; turn it on, try sealing a can, and check the integrity of the sealing line. If there is no abnormality, it can operate normally.
2. How to deal with the scratches on the appearance of the can: turn off the machine; remove the 1, 2 rollers with the hand plate, and smooth the 1, 2 rollers with a fine gauze; after the grinding is done, install the machine and tighten the screws; turn on and try Seal a can and check the integrity of the sealing line. If there is no abnormality, it can operate normally.
3. How to deal with the tightness of the sealing quality is not enough: turn off; use a screwdriver and wrench to adjust the two rollers forward; turn on, try sealing a can, check the integrity of the sealing line and tightness, if there is no abnormality working normally.
4. The quality of canned cans and the body groove is not enough. Processing method: turn off the machine; if the body groove is too small, lower the grinding spring. If the body groove appears large or small, use an iron sheet to pad the lower die at the small side of the body groove. Position, cushion it to balance; turn on, try sealing a can, check the integrity of the body groove, if there is no abnormality, it can operate normally.
5. The quality of canned cans and the cover groove is not enough. Treatment method: turn off the machine; loosen the middle shaft and nut of the machine head with an adjustable wrench, fine-tune upwards, and then tighten the screws; turn on the can, try sealing a can and check the integrity of the cover , If there is no abnormality, it can operate normally; if the cover groove is not enough for the test machine, move a roller forward until the cover groove size reaches the requirement.
