6. When the work is over, press the "stop" key, and the machine will return to state 1.
7. Press the "off" key to turn off the machine and exit the standby state.
2. Precautions during operation and daily maintenance
1. This machine uses 220v single-phase three-wire power supply, and the grounding must be reliable, otherwise it will affect personal safety.
2. Metal parts cannot be close to the sensor head.
3. Check the cooling water level frequently, check once a week when it is used frequently, and add cooling water. It is good to use non-conductive cooling water.
4. Check the pipeline frequently, and the joints must not have water leakage or seepage. In order to prevent the pipeline from freezing due to low temperature, the water tank should be filled with antifreeze.
5. Maintenance should follow the operating sequence.
6. Professionals should be fixed for maintenance.
7. The case is not allowed to be opened after booting, and the main power supply must be cut off during inspection and maintenance.
8. The machine is designed with overload and overheat protection system. When the temperature of the heat sink exceeds 70 degrees, the high voltage will be cut off, and the warning light will flash: when the load is too large (that is, the heated bottle cap is too large or arranged tightly or is too close to the sensor head), it will cause instantaneous overload of the high voltage current of the machine (digital display) Momentary over "100") can also be protected. This is a normal phenomenon and can be restarted by pressing the "start" key.
3. Provisions for equipment inspection tour: carefully check the condition of the equipment every day before starting the machine, find abnormalities, and repair them in time. The sealing machine must be overhauled once a year.
4. Use of fire-fighting appliances: When a fire occurs in the equipment, immediately cut off the power supply and use carbon tetrachloride or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire. It is strictly forbidden to use live water or foam fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire.
