One. Development Trend of Foreign Filling and Sealing Equipment
The world’s filling machines are developing towards high-speed, multi-purpose and high-precision. At present, some filling production lines can meet different requirements such as glass bottles and plastic containers (polyester bottles), carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, hot filling and cold filling, etc. And use in the environment.
The filling valve of the non-carbonated beverage filling machine is 50-100 heads, the filling speed is up to 1500 cans/min, and the rotating speed of the filling machine trough is 20-25 rpm, which doubles the speed. It can be used for hot filling of various beverages, such as tea beverages, coffee beverages, soy milk and fruit juice beverages, and no secondary sterilization is required for foreign hot-filled beverages after sealing.
The filling of carbonated beverages at room temperature has been brewing for more than 20 years, and carbonation at room temperature can reduce the cost of beverages and is beneficial to environmental protection.
The non-carbonated beverage nitrogen filling system uses pressurization or liquid nitrogen dripping to inject liquid nitrogen inert gas into the falling wall aluminum can or pet bottle, so that the easy-pull two-piece aluminum can and pet bottle can be used for non-carbonated beverages such as fruit juice drinks. At the same time, it can protect the contents and reduce the loss of nutrients.
At present, pet bottled tea beverages usually adopt hot filling method. In order to reduce the filling temperature, improve the flavor of tea beverages, and ensure product hygiene and safety, an aseptic packaging machine that uses pet resin molding to 130℃ steam sterilization and special filling has been developed. The aseptic packaging technology of two-piece thin-walled cans for iced coffee and other low-acid beverages is being developed to realize aseptic packaging of thin-walled cans.
two. Domestic filling production line
my country's beverage filling equipment is basically developed on the basis of the introduction of equipment and technology. In the 1980s, more than 300 beverage filling production lines were introduced, including more than 500 beer filling lines. The imported filling production lines are mainly divided into the following categories:
(1) Glass bottle beverage filling line
In the 1980s, 116 glass bottle beverage filling lines were introduced, mainly for carbonated beverages. More than 80 of them were imported from Eastern European countries by way of bookkeeping, including 35 in Romania, 30 in the Republic of Germany, and 8 in Poland and the Czech Republic. The filling lines introduced by foreign exchange include 23 in West Germany, 3 in Japan, 6 in the United States, and 1 in Italy. The main equipment of the production line includes bottle unloading machine, bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, labeling machine, inkjet printer, gas-water mixer, box packing machine, etc. Online testing equipment includes vacuum detector, liquid level detector, filling capacity 150, 200, 300-400 bottles/min.
(2) Can beverage filling line
During the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period, my country introduced 15 canned beverage filling lines and 14 canned beer filling lines. Mainly equipment from Germany and the United States, including can unloading machine, can washing machine, filling machine, can sealing machine, can warming machine, palletizer, and other mixers, inkjet printers, film shrinking machines, liquid level detection仪 etc. The filling capacity is 150, 300, 400, 500 cans/min, up to 575 cans/min.
(3) Polyester bottle filling production line
A total of 6-7 polyester bottle beverage filling lines have been introduced, including unpacking machines, unloading machines, bottle washing machines, filling machines, capping machines, bottle warming machines, and cartoning machines. The filling capacity is: 400-500 bottles/min for 250ml bottles, 50-280 bottles/min for 1250ml bottles.
three. Continuously improve the level of soft drink equipment and complete capabilities
After introduction, digestion and absorption, the level of beverage equipment in China has been greatly improved. In particular, filling production lines with a production capacity of 150 bottles (cans)/min can basically be supplied in complete sets. Currently, Nanjing Light Industry Machinery Plant, Hefei Light Industry Machinery Plant and Guangdong Light Industry Machinery Factory has been able to provide a production capacity of up to 600 bottles/min glass bottles and 600 cans/min cans beverage or beer filling production lines. The main equipment includes semi-automatic depalletizers, can washing machines (bottle washing machines), filling Filling machine, canning machine (capping machine, capping machine), warming machine (bottle warming machine), mixing machine, carton packaging machine and sterilization machine.
