Semi-automatic sealing machine:
Semi-automatic sealing machine is generally composed of manual sealing machine, pneumatic sealing machine, electric sealing machine, etc. It is generally suitable for small enterprise production, single piece production and small batch production.
Manual sealing machine:
The manual sealing machine is currently the many widely used semi-automatic sealing machine. Due to the advantages of stable mechanical quality and convenient debugging, it is widely used in small factories, small workshops, booths and other units.
The lid of this machine is simple. Double-knife folding and compression sealing. The knife is a folding knife, and the second knife is a curved knife. Generally used to seal tanks that are not vacuumed or inflated.
Semi-automatic sealing machine:
1. Place the jar with the lid on the top support.
2. Step on the pedal with your foot to press the can on the upper mold.
three. Pull the handle to make the knife and the second knife quickly roll up and tighten the lid.
four. Step on the pedal to output the finished product.
Pneumatic sealing machine:
This machine is a little more automated than a manual can seamer. Use two cylinders instead of manual arms and feet.
One. Place the jar with the lid on the top support.
2. Step on the foot switch, and the top support cylinder presses the oil tank on the upper mold.
three. Swing the arm tube to make the knife and the second knife quickly roll up and tighten the lid.
four. Finished product output.
Electric can sealer:
The difference between the electric can sealer, the handle and the pneumatic can sealer is that the knife and the second knife are respectively installed on both sides of the mold.
One. Place the jar with the lid on the top support.
2. Step on the foot switch or tank induction switch (different manufacturers, different methods), the lower bracket is driven by the motor cam, and the lower bracket is driven to fix the tank on the upper mold.
three. Due to the side swing arm cam, the knife compresses the roll cover. When the cam rotates half a turn, the second swing arm begins to compress.
four. Finished product output.
The above models are all popular semi-automatic sealing models in China, with an average sealing speed of 15-30 can minutes. Due to low cost, low technical content, and stable quality, many individuals and units use this machine. The disadvantage is that it is not suitable for large-scale automated production lines.
