In the coating and drying links of the 18L Pail Production Line, a series of advanced technologies and processes are usually used to ensure product quality. These technologies include pre-treatment, automatic spraying, quality control, high-efficiency drying devices, temperature and time control, and exhaust gas treatment.
Pre-treatment: Before painting, the barrel body needs to undergo a strict pre-treatment stage to remove oil, rust and impurities on the surface. This usually includes steps such as degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating, using corresponding chemical agents such as rust removers, degreasing agents, surface conditioners and phosphating agents. These steps can ensure that the surface of the barrel body is clean and has moderate roughness, which is conducive to the adhesion and uniformity of the paint.
Automatic spraying technology: For mass-produced products, automatic spraying devices are usually used for coating. This technology can ensure that the paint is evenly and quickly covered on the surface of the barrel body, reducing human errors and waste of paint during the spraying process. At the same time, the automatic spraying device can also adjust the spraying angle, speed and thickness according to the preset program to meet the coating requirements of different products.
Quality control: During the coating process, the quality of the coating and the coating process parameters need to be strictly controlled. For example, the viscosity, solid content, dilution ratio, etc. of the coating need to be strictly tested and adjusted. In addition, the barrel body after coating needs to be quality checked to ensure that the coating is uniform, without missing coating, sagging and other defects.
Efficient drying device: In order to ensure that the coating can be cured quickly and achieve the expected physical and chemical properties, efficient drying devices are usually used in the drying process. These devices usually use principles such as hot air circulation, electromagnetic induction or infrared radiation to heat and dry the barrel body. For example, the electromagnetic induction dryer uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to make the barrel body itself heat up, thereby achieving rapid drying; while the hot air circulation dryer transfers heat to the barrel body surface through hot air circulation to achieve uniform drying.
Temperature and time control: Temperature and time control during the drying process are crucial. Too high temperature or too long time may cause the coating to be over-baked, discolored or cracked; while too low temperature or too short time may cause insufficient curing of the coating and poor adhesion. Therefore, the drying device is usually equipped with an advanced temperature control system and timer to accurately control the temperature and time parameters during the drying process.
Waste gas treatment: During the drying process, solvents and volatile substances in the paint will be released to form waste gas. In order to ensure the environmental protection and safety of the production environment, the drying device also needs to be equipped with a waste gas treatment system. These systems usually include steps such as waste gas collection, purification and discharge, which can effectively reduce the pollution and harm of waste gas to the environment.
The 18L Pail Production Line uses a variety of advanced technologies and processes in the coating and drying links to ensure product quality. These measures work together to make the produced 18L barrels have excellent surface quality and physical properties, which can meet the strict requirements of different industries for packaging products.
