2. Pay attention to the steering of the motor. If the steering is wrong, you can change the wiring position of any of the three wires to change the steering.
3. The new machine should pay attention to the adjustment of the automatic decanning system. The can sealing machine adjusts the nut under the "foot pedal support hinge ear" so that when the "foot pedal" is stepped down, the lower edge of the "can support shaft cam" and the upper edge of the "roller" are tangent to the "push rod" Moderately. If the distance between the two is insufficient, the roll seal cannot be activated; if the distance between the two is too large, the roll seal will be repeated and the can cannot be automatically removed.

3. Frequent dust removal treatment should be carried out to ensure the cleanliness of the sealing machine. Lubricants should be added to the parts regularly, and the needle bearings should be coated with butter.
4. When adjusting the height of the sealing wheel and the indenter, be sure to use the tightening bolt to lock the nut, but do not pay too much attention to prevent thread damage and affect the accuracy of adjustment. In the case that the devices are all adjusted, a few empty tubes must be tested until the roll-sealed seams meet the requirements.
