1. Handle can sealing machine:
Lever sealing machine It is currently the many widely used semi-automatic can sealing machine. Because of its stable mechanical quality and easy debugging, it is widely used by large and small factories, small workshops, stall shops and other units.
The sealing principle of this model is simple. It adopts two-knife folding and pressing sealing. The knife is a folding knife and the second knife is a bending fastening knife. It is generally used for sealing non-vacuum and inflatable cans.
The principle is as follows:
1) Put the jar with lid on the bottom support.
2) Step on the pedal with your foot to press the can against the mold.
3) Turn the handle to make the knife and the second knife quickly roll the lid tightly.
4) Put down the pedal and output the finished product.
2. Pneumatic sealing machine:
This model has a slightly higher degree of automation than the hand can sealer. Two cylinders are used to replace the manual arm and pedal respectively.
The principle is as follows:
1) Put the jar with lid on the bottom support.
2) Step on the foot switch, the bottom support cylinder will push the jar tightly on the press mold.
3) The swing arm cylinder swings to make the knife and the second knife quickly roll the lid tightly.
4) Finished product output.
The difference between the electric can sealing machine and the lever and pneumatic is that the knife and the second knife are installed on both sides of the die.
1) Put the jar with lid on the bottom support.
2) Step on the foot switch or the pot induction switch, and the bottom support relies on the motor cam to drive the bottom support to press the pot tightly.
3) Due to the action of the side swing arm cam, the knife presses the cover curling. When the cam rotates half a circle, the second knife swing arm starts to compress.
4) Finished product output.
