1. Operation and maintenance
1. The operator must be fully familiar with the structure and performance of the machine.
2. Before working in each shift, the operating parts on the hand puller must be turned on , and then the motor will be turned on in the intermittent contact mode to make the whole machine run for a short time. If abnormalities are found, they should be repaired in time.
3. When working, step on the foot pedal to press the can between the pressure head and the turntable and rotate with it, and then turn the handle to seal the can. The hands and feet must be properly applied when sealing the can (hand plate not greater than 5kg, pedal not greater than 11kg) so as not to affect the sealing quality and adjustment accuracy.
4. Frequently remove dust and keep the whole machine clean. All matching parts must be lubricated frequently, and needle bearings must be coated with butter.
Two, adjustment and installation
1. Adjustment of sealing wheel height and feed
(1) Loosen the nut on the ring bolt and the lock nut on the adjusting bolt. Slightly loosen the hexagonal bolt. Twist the adjusting bolt to raise or lower the rocker arm to adjust the height of the sealing wheel relative to the indenter, and then tighten the lock Tighten the nut. Note that the force should not be too strong, so as not to damage the thread and affect the adjustment accuracy.
(2) Put the sealed can on the turntable, step on the foot pedal to press the can between the pressure head and the turntable, adjust the position of the rocker, and then turn the handle to make the sealing wheel roll seal the working groove and the can The seams are tightly connected, and then tighten the nuts and hexagon bolts on the bolts. If there is no standard round can, the position of the rocker arm can be adjusted directly according to the mutual position of the sealing wheel and the pressure head. After the initial adjustment of the position of the sealing wheel, several empty cans must be used for trial sealing until the seaming of the roll sealing is as required.
2. Adjust the height of the replacement tank
(1) Loosen the fixing bolts on the pallet positioning rod and the hexagonal bolts on the positioning ring so that the tank positioning rod and the lifting rod can be adjusted freely.
(2) Put the sealed can on the turntable, step on the foot pedal ⅰ, loosen the bolt on the tightening ring, adjust the height of the lifting rod, and make the foot pedal ⅰ in the proper position when the turntable and the pressure head press the can The bolts are tightened.
(3) Adjust the positioning ring to the proper position and then tighten the hexagonal bolts.
(4) Adjust the tray to the same height as the turntable, and then tighten the bolts.
3. Adjustment of the replacement tank number
(1) Replacement of original sealed glass jars with tinplate cans requires replacement of the following parts: ① Replace the backing plate; ② Replace the pressure head; ③ Replace a sealing wheel; ④ Add two sealing wheels; ⑤ Add two sealing wheels; ⑥ Add one Only washers.
(2) When replacing the original sealed tinplate cans with tinplate cans of different diameters, only the pressure head of the corresponding size needs to be replaced.
(3) The following parts need to be replaced when replacing the sealed glass jar with the original tinplate can: ① Replace the backing plate; ② Replace the pressure head; ③ Remove a sealing wheel; ④ Remove the second sealing wheel shaft and the gasket on the shaft; ⑤ Two sealing wheels. After the parts that need to be replaced are replaced, adjust and test seal according to the method in point (1).
