Key points for the use and debugging of the sealing machine

The can sealing machine is a single-head fully automatic can sealing machine with two pairs of roll seam sealing wheels, equipped with a vacuum system that can suck the contents of the can. 6. Before installing needle roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, lubricate each ring.

7. The plane bearing should also be greased during use.

8. The shape and structure of the sealing roller and roller shaft are for reference only.

9. The material of the turntable is hard plastic in South Korea, bakelite or aluminum alloy plate is used in the world. One is not to attract magnetism, the other is to be easy to process and maintain accuracy, and the third is not to deform. Please choose reasonably.

10. For jars of different diameters, turntables and pressure heads with different positioning arcs are used.

11. The automation and coordination of electrical appliances, segmentation, indexing, and cylinder production are controlled by plc and designed by electrical engineers.

12. An additional conveyor belt without motor is used for emptying the tank at the inlet side, about 2mm long.

14. The electronic photoreceptor assembly at the stop point of the turntable can be installed on the workbench below the turntable. It can also be installed one by one with reference to this general drawing or video, which is determined by the electrical engineer.
