3. During the sealing process, it is necessary to pay attention to the correctness of the vacuum detection? In the definition of the scope of the present invention, it is necessary to adjust;
4. The vacuum should be opened according to the solid weight of the tank;
5. During the working process, the operator should visually inspect the quality of the food sealing surface every half an hour. Is the tin surface correct? Signs of rapid withdrawal or blunt edges, teeth, fractures, false seals, or sagging lips; is the inspection correct? The spewed debris will slide over the sealing edge, right? Obviously, is it right to check the appearance and color of printed coatings? Defects of wear and damage. If defects are found, stop the machine in time and contact the maintenance personnel on duty of the sealing machine for repair;
6. Sealed treatment. The full-time staff checks the quality of the "three rates" of polishing and polishing seals in the tank workshop every two hours, and reports the polishing effect to the machine operator in real time. When the "three-rate" quality of the seal fails to meet the requirements, the grinder should be shut down in real time, and at the same time contact the sealer on-duty maintenance personnel for repair;
7. During the sealing process, the operator should follow the guard box, wipe it with ordinary, and clean the outer sealing machine cloth.
